Fighting Yes. Icy is skilled in the dark arts and especially ice-based magic. She can cast hexes and spells.
Injuries Cuts, scraps and bruises are fine. Even more serious injuries are possible.
Killing This I'd want to be asked about on a case by case basis.
Telepathy/mind-reading I would prefer not.... but this is case by case too. It's hard to launch evil schemes if people can simply predict them XD.. but yeah we might be able to work something out.
RELATIONS
Hugging I wouldn't try it, but you may.
Flirting Icy isn't a fan but again yes you may try it.
Kissing and/or other intimate actions Be prepared for a retaliation but yes you may try to kiss her.
